Delete your simplytk account

You can delete your simplytk account yourself at any time, from the website or from the simplytk app for Android and iOS. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. This page applies to every account on simplytk.com and in the simplytk apps.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in to simplytk on the website or in the app.
  2. Open Settings from the dashboard menu.
  3. Scroll to the Delete account card at the bottom of the page.
  4. Type DELETE in the confirmation box and press Delete my account.

If a pass is still renewing, it is cancelled at Stripe as part of the deletion so nothing keeps charging you. If the cancellation fails the account is kept and the page tells you, so you are never left paying for an account you cannot see.

Or ask us to do it

Email simplytk.business@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm it is you, delete the account and reply within a month, usually within a few days. You can also ask us to delete some of your data without closing the account, such as the health coach history or an uploaded CV.

What is deleted

Everything stored against the account: your email address and sign-in, your username and leaderboard scores, uploaded CVs and personal statements, every AI tool result and conversation (including the health coach), the training log and strength board entry, tracked applications, study marks and deadline alerts, community chat messages, saved devices and notification settings, and any passes or credits. Files you uploaded are unlinked at once and removed from storage on the next clean-up.

What is kept

Two things outlast the account. Records of what you bought and when are kept for six years, because UK tax law requires it; they hold the purchase, the amount and the date, not your documents. Aggregated statistics that identify nobody, such as the total number of games played, are kept as numbers. Nothing else is retained, and there is no further retention period.
