Interested? Then we will look forward to meeting you! Your responsibilities Support the team in identifying and testing useful AI and automation ideas for reporting and business processes. Help create simple prototypes, AI assistants, chatbots and automated workflows. Assist with data analysis, reporting and data-quality checks using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel and Power Automate. Support the connection of approved data sources, including SharePoint, Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric. Help prepare prompts, user tests, documentation and internal communication materials. Work with colleagues to understand requirements and improve existing processes. Support occasional project and administrative tasks. Your profile Currently enrolled in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related subject. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; initial experience with Power BI, Power Automate or SQL is an advantage. Interest in AI, data analytics, automation and reporting. Practical experience is welcome but not required. Willingness to learn tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or Python. Structured and analytical way of working, with attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment. Good English skills; German is a plus. Available for at least 12 months; a longer commitment is welcome.
