Diagrammatic reasoning under a clock, in the format the aptitude publishers use. A panel tells you what each operator does to a row of shapes, then one part of the flow goes missing and you supply it. Sometimes that means running the chain backwards.

How it is scored
Your score is the deepest of the 9 levels you solve. Getting one right moves you up, getting one wrong moves you down, and the level you reached is yours to keep. Counting answers would rank someone grinding one-operator questions above someone who climbed to the ones that run backwards.
Why the letters keep changing
The panel is redrawn every question and the letters are reassigned, so there is nothing to memorise between questions. That is the point of the format: it measures whether you can take a rule you were handed seconds ago and hold it while you use it, not whether you have learned a fixed set of symbols.
What we are not claiming
Publishers do not release their operator sets, item counts or marking, and reported lengths vary from six minutes to twenty four. The operators here are ordinary transformations written by simplytk, the six minute clock is our choice, and the adaptive ladder is ours too. Treat this as practice at the kind of thinking, not a preview of anyone's paper.
