simplytk ("we", "us") operates this website at simplytk.com and provides the tools, content and services on it. Contact us about anything on this page at simplytk.business@gmail.com.

simplytk is for students aged 16 and over. Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

One account per person. Creating extra accounts to get around daily free allowances, to reappear after a ban, or to enter a leaderboard more than once is not allowed, and we can remove the accounts and any scores that came from them.

The AI features (CV rater, personal statement builder, cover letters, interview prep, practice, study coach) produce guidance, not professional advice, and not a prediction of what any employer or university will do. Models get things wrong, including confidently. Read what they produce, check anything factual, and never send an application you have not read yourself.

Nothing on simplytk is a guarantee of an interview, an offer, a place or a job. We do not act for any of the firms or universities named on the site, and none of them endorse us.

Deadlines, application windows and firm details in the internship tracker and company pages are gathered from public sources and can be out of date or wrong. Always check the employer's own site before you rely on a date.

The health and fitness tools (calculators, training log, health coach) are general information about training and nutrition. They are not medical advice, they are not a diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for a doctor. If you have a health condition, are injured, or are unsure whether an exercise is safe for you, speak to a qualified professional. Never ignore medical advice because of something you read here.

Some things on simplytk are free and some are paid. Prices are shown on the page before you buy, and any tax that applies is worked out at checkout and shown to you before you confirm. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. What we sell today:

CV review (£30) and personal statement review (£30). A written review by a person, returned to the email address you gave us, on a 72-hour turnaround for CVs and a 72-hour turnaround for personal statements. One review per purchase, on the document you submitted.

The EFDS Playbook (£29.99). A one-off digital download. Your download link is available as soon as the payment clears.

Extra AI credits (£2.99 a CV rating, £2.99 a personal statement review). One extra run of an AI tool beyond that day's free allowance, added to your account straight away. Credits are for your own use, are not transferable and have no cash value.

1:1 coaching and sprints. Booked and paid through our Calendly booking pages. Sessions run over video at the time you book. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session using the links in your booking confirmation. Inside 24 hours, and for sessions you do not attend, the session counts as delivered. Unused sessions in a package expire six months after purchase.

If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, we can withhold or withdraw whatever it paid for until it is settled.

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to change your mind about something bought online. Because our products are digital and you get them immediately, you are asked to agree at checkout that we can start straight away, and you accept that you lose that 14 day right once we have. That is why the Playbook and AI credits cannot be refunded once the download link or the credit has been issued.

For CV and personal statement reviews, email us before we start work and we will refund you in full. After that, if we miss the turnaround we quoted, or the review is not what was described on the page, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.

None of this affects your legal rights if what we sold you is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.

Your CVs, personal statements, drafts, logs and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the feature you used them with, which includes sending the text to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Nothing you upload privately is published, shown to other users or used to advertise us.

Some things are public because you chose to make them public: leaderboard usernames and scores, strength board entries, reviews you leave and openings you submit. By posting those you let us display, keep and share them on the site, and you confirm they are yours to post.

Do not upload or post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, deliberately misleading, or belonging to someone else, and do not upload another person's personal details without their say so. We can remove anything that breaks this, and we do not have to explain a removal in advance.

Do not cheat, script, automate or otherwise fake leaderboard or strength board scores. Do not scrape, bulk download or republish our content, tracker data or company pages. Do not resell or share access to anything you bought, try to break, overload or get around the limits, paywalls and rate limits on the site, or probe our security or other people's accounts. Do not use the AI tools to generate anything illegal, harmful or designed to deceive an employer.

The WhatsApp community is part of the service and these rules apply there too, along with any rules pinned in the group. Be decent to other members.

The site, its design, copy, games, question banks, frameworks and the Playbook belong to us and are protected by copyright. Use them for your own preparation. Do not copy, republish, sell or use them to build a competing product, and do not use our name or logo to suggest we are involved in something we are not.

We work on simplytk constantly, so features get added, changed and occasionally retired, and the site can go down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access. If we retire something you have paid for and not yet received, we will refund the part you have not had.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and if a change matters we will flag it on the site. Carrying on using simplytk after a change means you accept the updated terms. Anything you have already bought is governed by the terms that were in place when you bought it.

You can stop using simplytk and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to abuse the tools or other users, or where we are required to. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund anything you have paid for and not received.

We provide simplytk with reasonable care and skill, and we are responsible for loss we cause you that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for application outcomes, for decisions you make on the back of our guidance, for deadlines you miss because a third party's information changed, or for loss of profit, opportunity or data where that was not foreseeable.

Where the law allows us to limit what we owe you, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose, or £100 if you have not paid us anything.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. If you use simplytk for business rather than as a consumer, the consumer protections above do not apply to you and our liability to you is capped as set out in this section.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in your own local courts. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
