Citi online assessment
Built by Korn Ferry Talent Q, Plum
- Format
- Talent Q Elements numerical and logical reasoning for the spring week: adaptive tests where a right answer makes the next item harder, with a clock per question rather than per test. Some Citi roles send the Plum Discovery Survey instead, a 25 minute mix of personality items, two short figure series sections and workplace situational questions.
- Timing
- Elements is reported at 12 items per module with roughly 75 to 90 seconds each and a 15 minute cap. Plum is reported at about 25 minutes with around 7 puzzles in each problem solving section, untimed but speed recorded.
- What is uncertain
- Citi publishes neither which programme gets which test nor any marking. Elements' adaptivity means two candidates see different items, so a count of questions says little about difficulty.
- How to practise
- Numerical Reasoning and Figure Series cover Elements and Plum's puzzles. Situational Strengths is the nearest thing to Plum's workplace section; its personality sections cannot be practised.
