BNP Paribas switchChallenge
Built by Aon
- Format
- Aon's deductive reasoning test, also called scales sx. Two rows of symbols, what went in and what came out, and a four digit operator that rearranged one into the other. You name the operator, not the output, and the later items chain two operators and hide one.
- Timing
- Time boxed rather than a fixed question count, and adaptive: your score is what you get right inside the window, so two people can see a different number of items. Most accounts say six minutes, some say five.
- What is uncertain
- Accounts vary on the clock and on whether wrong answers are deducted. Aon does not publish BNP Paribas's configuration, so our version picks one and says so on the page.
- How to practise
- Switch is built on this format.
