- SHL Verify Interactive General Ability (G+): one adaptive sitting that mixes numerical reasoning from charts and tables, inductive figure sequences and deductive scheduling puzzles, answered by dragging and setting values rather than picking from a list. A Mindset questionnaire follows, then the Business Insight stages with a situational judgement flavour.
- Timing
- Reported at 24 questions in about 36 minutes for the cognitive test and 105 statement pairs in 20 minutes for the Mindset questionnaire, 60 to 90 minutes in total. No negative marking is published.
- What is uncertain
- Barclays has used both SHL and Cappfinity in recent cycles and prep sites disagree on which stage carries which. The counts are candidate figures. The interactive answer format cannot be reproduced here without copying SHL's interface, so the drills use the multiple choice version of the same questions.
